Bitdeer Acquires 200 Acres in Texas for $100 Million
Bitdeer Technologies Group (BTDR) has acquired 200 acres of undeveloped land in Milam County, Texas, for $100 million in cash. The site, adjacent to its existing Rockdale operations, will support the development of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. This acquisition increases Bitdeer's total land in the area to 255 acres, with plans to expand power capacity to 742 MW. The new facility will focus on AI/HPC data centers without impacting existing Bitcoin mining operations.
