Tether Faces Lawsuit in US Over Unwarranted Freezing of $42 Million in USDT

Two Thai businessmen have filed a lawsuit against Tether in the United States following the freezing of $42.4 million in USDT. The assets were frozen without a warrant at the request of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
