EFF Urges US Courts to Maintain Copyright Law Standards Amid AI Boom

In amicus briefs filed for cases including Concord Music Group v. Anthropic and Mosaic ML, the organization argued that existing legal frameworks are sufficient and that the rapid development of AI should not serve as a justification for rewriting copyright laws.
