Capital B Raises €7.6 Million in Private Placement with Adam Back

European Bitcoin treasury company Capital B has completed a €7.6 million private placement. Strategic investor Adam Back subscribed to shares at €0.58 each, including warrants. The proceeds will be used to increase the company's Bitcoin reserves by an estimated 376 BTC, bringing its total potential holdings to 3,521 BTC. Following the investment, Adam Back's stake in the company will rise to 17.77%.
