Capital B, a firm listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced plans to acquire 376 BTC for its corporate treasury. This move follows an $8.8 million investment from Adam Back, executed through the issuance of 13,181,030 shares at 58 euro cents per share, each accompanied by four warrants.
