Lawsuit Filed Against Tether Over Pre-Warrant USDT Freeze

Plaintiffs have initiated a lawsuit against Tether, alleging that the company froze $42.4 million in USDT based on an informal request from U.S. law enforcement more than three months before an official seizure warrant was issued.
