Crypto Market Sees $302 Million Liquidated in 24 Hours, Long Positions Hit Hardest
According to CoinGlass data on August 29, the cryptocurrency market recorded $302 million in total liquidations over the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $254 million of the total, while short positions saw $47.77 million liquidated, affecting 70,979 traders. By asset, BTC liquidations reached $108 million, followed by ETH at $71.52 million, SOL at $10.97 million, XRP at $8.09 million, and ZEC at $5.72 million. The largest single liquidation occurred on Binance in the ETH/USDT trading pair, amounting to $11.67 million.
