Cosmos Labs acknowledged that it incorrectly cleared a vulnerability that led to a $5.7 million exploit across six chains. MANTRA Chain, which suffered a $3.6 million loss, reported that the security patch was issued only 20 hours prior to the attack and failed to specify the nature of the flaw it intended to resolve.
