Capital B Raises €21 Million to Increase Bitcoin Holdings

Capital B announced a third-party allocation capital increase of €21 million to fund further Bitcoin acquisitions. Blockstream CEO Adam Back and TOBAM participated as underwriters. The company noted that its shareholding ratio may fluctuate following the full exercise of stock acquisition rights.
