Metaplanet Expands Bitcoin Treasury Strategy to U.S. Markets via Super League Enterprise

Metaplanet is extending its Bitcoin treasury strategy into the U.S. capital markets. The company plans to transform the Nasdaq-listed Super League Enterprise into its U.S.-based Bitcoin treasury vehicle. Super League Enterprise has successfully raised approximately $2.3 million through its initial at-the-market (ATM) offering to support this transition, as noted by Metaplanet's Dylan LeClair.
