SBI Holdings Acquires 20% Stake in Indonesia's Ajaib for $270 Million

Japanese financial giant SBI Holdings is purchasing a 20% stake in the Indonesian online brokerage Ajaib for $270 million. The investment is intended to facilitate the development of a cross-border, blockchain-based settlement network and expand the use of yen-pegged stablecoins in Southeast Asia.
