Alpha Modus Plans to Acquire 3,170 BTC, DeFi Development Corp Increases SOL Holdings

Nasdaq-listed Alpha Modus (AMOD) announced a strategic transaction to add 3,170 BTC to its balance sheet, valued at over $200 million. Meanwhile, DeFi Development Corp resumed its SOL purchasing program, acquiring 19,000 SOL at an average price of $98.14 for approximately $1.86 million. This brings the company's total SOL holdings to roughly 2.33 million tokens, with a fair market value of about $182 million.
