Circle Sets 95-Day Deadline for Legacy USDC Cross-Chain Routes

Circle has announced that legacy cross-chain transfer routes for USDC will be phased out, with burn limits beginning to decrease on October 31 and contracts pausing on December 1. This 95-day transition period affects older infrastructure, while Noble and Sui remain the only networks utilizing V1-only routes.
