Bitfinex Securities Launches $50 Million Tokenized Nickel Offering

Bitfinex Securities has announced a $50 million tokenized fundraising initiative for Alkemya Metacore, a Luxembourg-based industrial metals platform. The project aims to launch ALKN, a security token backed by high-purity nickel stored in Swiss vaults. The funds will support the development of engineered nickel products for sectors including semiconductors, aerospace, and green energy. The offering is open to qualified investors until October 15 and marks the first tokenized commodity issuance under El Salvador's digital asset regulatory framework.
