Osaka Prefecture Selects Four Financial Projects for Subsidy, Including JPYC and USDC Payment Pilots

Osaka Prefecture has announced the selection of four projects for its financial market development subsidy program. Out of 12 applicants, three projects focused on payment pilots using JPYC and USDC were chosen. Sumitomo Mitsui Card is also participating in the testing on payment terminals, with total subsidies amounting to 28.89 million yen.
