Ethereum developers have proposed a restructuring of the network's deposit contract to enhance security for approximately 42.4 million ETH, currently valued at $104 billion. The proposal aims to enable multi-key support for validators and replace the existing BLS signature scheme with a quantum-resistant alternative.
