Russian Telecoms and E-commerce Giants to Accept Digital Ruble Starting September

Major Russian telecom operators including MTS, Rostelecom, and Megafon, along with e-commerce platforms Wildberries and Ozon, will begin accepting digital ruble payments on September 1. By law, large Russian enterprises must be capable of processing digital ruble transactions by this date, and 12 systemically important banks are required to integrate digital ruble wallets into their applications.
