Blockchain Association Requests Revisions to Stablecoin KYC Rules

The Blockchain Association submitted comments to five US agencies regarding the proposed GENIUS Act stablecoin KYC rules. While supporting the focus on primary markets, the association requested clarifications on account definitions and other regulatory adjustments.
