Thailand Advances Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF Regulations

The Thai SEC has moved its framework for local Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs from a draft principle to a formal rule-drafting stage. The regulator is currently seeking public feedback on the proposal, which includes provisions for offshore custody.
