Dallas Businessman Indicted for $40 Million Bank Fraud Scheme
Garrett Douglas Johnson, a 41-year-old Dallas businessman, has been charged with a six-count indictment for allegedly using falsified financial records to secure over $40 million in loans. Prosecutors claim the scheme defrauded multiple banks of more than $20 million.
