Grayscale Files Fifth Amendment for Zcash ETF to Accelerate Launch

Grayscale submitted its fifth amendment to the SEC on August 21 to advance its Zcash ETF. The fund, to be renamed 'The Zcash ETF,' will charge a 2.5% management fee and list on NYSE Arca under the ticker 'ZCH' with Coinbase Custody as the custodian. The ETF will convert from the existing Zcash Trust, which currently holds over $260 million in assets.
