Injective Institutional Arm Registers as SEC Transfer Agent

Injective has become the first Layer 1 blockchain to register its institutional services division as a transfer agent with the SEC. This allows the firm to provide regulated ownership records, transfers, and shareholder management for tokenized assets, including institutional funds and private company shares. The platform has already partnered with firms like POSCO International and LG CNS for trade finance pilots.
