Shinhan Asset Management Partners with Solana Foundation for Tokenized Fund PoC

Shinhan Asset Management has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Solana Foundation, Etherfuse, and Orca to conduct a proof-of-concept (PoC) for issuing and circulating KRW-denominated tokenized funds. The project aims to verify compliance with KYC/AML, security audits, and foreign exchange regulations, modeled after BlackRock’s BUIDL fund.
