AI Chip Startup Fractile in Talks for $6.5 Billion Valuation

AI chip startup Fractile is in advanced discussions for a new funding round, aiming for a pre-money valuation of approximately $6.5 billion to raise about $600 million. This valuation is more than six times higher than its May 2026 funding round. The company, which specializes in custom AI chips, has already secured a supply agreement with Anthropic.
